2. Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you use our website, purchase our digital products, or contact us:

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and any details you include in messages sent through our contact form.
  • Transaction data: purchase history, payment method (processed by third-party payment providers — we do not store full credit card numbers), billing address, and order details. Charges on your statement will appear as HORIZONGROUP or the name of the payment platform used (e.g., Stripe, Kiwify).
  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent, browser type, device information, IP address, referring URL, click patterns, and scroll behavior — collected automatically through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools.
  • Account data: if you create an account on any of our platforms or digital products, we store your login credentials (password is hashed and encrypted) and profile information.

3. How we use your information

We use your data to:

  • Deliver, maintain, and improve our digital products and services.
  • Process transactions and send purchase confirmations and receipts.
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Send marketing communications (only with your consent — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email).
  • Run and measure advertising campaigns across platforms (see section 4).
  • Analyze website usage to improve user experience.
  • Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized activity.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies, pixels, and tracking technologies

Our website and landing pages use the following tracking technologies:

  • Essential cookies: required for basic site functionality (session management, security).
  • Analytics cookies: we use custom analytics and may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our pages. These tools collect anonymized usage data.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): we use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, build custom audiences, and deliver targeted ads. The Meta Pixel may collect data such as your IP address, browser information, pages visited, actions taken, and purchase events. This data is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. and processed under their Data Policy.
  • Advertising pixels: we may also use tracking pixels from other advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok) to measure campaign performance and retarget visitors.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative. Disabling cookies or pixels may affect certain features and the relevance of ads you see.

5. Third-party services

We use third-party services that may collect or process data on our behalf, including:

  • Payment processors — Stripe, Kiwify, and/or Hotmart handle transactions securely. We do not store full card numbers; these providers are PCI-DSS compliant.
  • Advertising platforms — Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and potentially TikTok Ads, to run and measure campaigns. These platforms receive event data (purchases, page views) to optimize ad delivery.
  • Email marketing platforms — to send communications you have opted into (e.g., newsletters, product updates, promotional offers).
  • Hosting and CDN — Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection, DNS) and GitHub Pages (static hosting) to deliver our website.
  • Customer support tools — WhatsApp and email for customer communication.

Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies directly.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: with companies that help us operate our business (payment processing, email delivery, hosting), under confidentiality agreements, and solely for the purpose of providing our services.
  • Advertising partners: we share event-level data (e.g., purchase events, page views) with advertising platforms like Meta and Google to measure and optimize our campaigns. This data is processed according to each platform's data policies.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process.
  • Protection: to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.

7. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:

  • Transaction records: retained for at least 5 years as required by Brazilian tax law.
  • Account data: retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion.
  • Marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Analytics data: aggregated and anonymized after 26 months.

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights

10. Security

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
